Stott Pilates

Pilates is beneficial for your health.

I teach Stott Pilates in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan.  I qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2011 and I began running classes from my work place that same year. I have people attending and committed to my Pilates classes for over 8 years. There is a huge volume of repeat attendance from clients.

My classes are client centred with a max of 5 people per class. I like to make sure that all clients receive attention and the correct information and instruction for body positioning and technique for each exercise.
It’s so important to me that everyone reaches their personal goal on each course.

Courses run for 7 weeks.

My classes are for everyone, from beginners to experienced, women, men, people returning to fitness from injury or people with back and disc trouble that require modifications. Age is no barrier, I have clients who are youthful 70 year olds and I have enthusiastic teenagers. There is a class for everyone.

I am committed to offering the very best in my Pilates classes. Classes are designed to get your body moving as best it can be.
There is always room for fun and laughter in every class.
